Purpose and Application

​

  • Prevent drying of the membrane for light emission detection

  • For the seal of the membrane when imaging

  • For handling PAGE gel​

1. Take out 1 sheet of Pitatt Clear.     2. Cut both ends of pouch 1-2 cm.     3. Open the Pitatt Clear slowly.

4. Add detection reagent (ECL etc.)
     on membrane and put in
     on the Pitatt Clear.

5. Cover from the edge as if         pushing the bubbles away. 

6. Put it on the imaging system.

7. Capture an image.
